The aim of the 2007/2008 SA International Business Conference & Tourism (IBCT) Event is to promote multilateral
business collaboration , and to foster B2B (Business to Business)- M2M (Management to Management) relationship between Manufacturers,
Service Industries, Importers & Exporters, Business Associations and Government Department of Trades from around
the world. In addition, to promote South Australia - its import & export capabilities, tourism and rich business intelligence.

for a 10 days International Business Conference & Tourism Event.
The International Business Conference & Tourism (IBCT) Event is hosted monthly and runs for 10 months beginning from September
2007 to November 2008.
Inaugural event date is 8th September 2007 to
18th September 2007
Similar Event is thereafter scheduled monthly from October
2007 to November 2008.
Number of participants expected monthly per event : 300
participants Worldwide from any profession or enterprise.
EXHIBITION, WORKSHOP & SEMINAR
The Exhibition, Business workshop & seminar sessions will include:
* Technical & Market Information presented by representatives from various Chamber of Commerce & Industry Organizations
based in South Australia
* Business networking, Overseas contacts and links for participants. Complimentary wine and nibbles offered by STRASIEN
* Business Strategies for success including finance, analysis, planning, media, HR, innovation and marketing presented
by the South Australia Government Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED)
* New Technology and Management Systems workshops presented by the South Australian Universities
* Building Export Capacities in Manufacturing and Trades Services presented by representatives from Industry Associations.
* Panel sessions on RTAs (Regional Trade Agreements) and MRAs ( Mutual Recognition Agreements) presented

LEISURE
Overseas participants will be treated with typical Australian hospitality - an invigorating experience drenched in luxury
including basking on the exotic beaches of South Australia..
Overseas participants can enjoy a night-out in Aussies’ Outback; music; barbeque and will have the privilege of playing
on one of South Australia’s premier golfing venues. A venue with two internationally rated 18 hole championship golf

TOURISM
To exceed the expectation of participants in the International Business Conference & Tourism (IBCT) Event , STRASIEN
is working with South Australian accredited tourism operators that has met specific criteria and are committed to ensuring
great customer service and quality business.
ADELAIDE, the capital of South Australia hosts more than 500 regional festivals and events every year (See the complimentary
event session below). It is home to 73 per cent of the state's population and is Australia's fifth largest city and the cultural,
political and social epicenter of South Australia.
EVENT COST:
In each month from September 2007 to November 2008, STRASIEN will be welcoming a group of 300 participants worldwide. A
program fee of A$7000* is applicable to each overseas participant. This fee (paid in advance) will cover
* Visa processing fees;
* Workshop materials;
* Exhibition;
* Refreshments during workshop sessions;
* Tourism;
* Industry visits;
* Luncheons and hotel accommodation for 10 days.
A
prospective participant can be fully sponsored to the event if he/she introduces 30 other participants who successfully
enrols in the event.
PAYMENT
The 2007/2008 SA IBCT Event fee should be paid only through bank transfer from participants bank to the designated
2007 & 2008 SA IBCT Event - STRASIEN Account Number and Swift Code of the National Australian Bank Limited based in Gawler,
South Australia which will be forwarded to prospective participant through this email address only: strasien@gmail.com
RESERVATION
Each month's program reservations are booked 2 months before program commencement. Participants are advised to proceed
with forwarding all required documents related to obtaining Travel Visa after paying the approved fees.

REFUND
Refund is made to a prospective participant, only in the case where a visa is not issued to a participant by the
Australian Government Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA), refund is made by STRASIEN to the affected
participant (minus bank transfer charges, business service/handling charges, costs associated with visa processing & fees
including approved migration service fees).
MIGRATION AGENTS
In Australia, migration agents must be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in order to provide
